Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) 2022

Applications are welcomed to apply for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) 2022 in Hong Kong. All International Students from any part of the globe are eligible to apply for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2022. Students who have done Bachelors degree (16 years of education) can also apply (Direct PhD). Both the MPhil and Bachelor degree holders can apply for Hong Kong PhD scholarship. Fully Funded Fellowship is available in Hong Kong top 8 Universities. How to Apply for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme?

Eligible candidates should first make an Initial Application online through the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to obtain an HKPFS Reference Number by 1 December 2021 at Hong Kong Time 12:00:00 before submitting applications for PhD admission to their desired universities.

Applicants may choose up to two programs/ departments at one or two universities for Ph.D. study under HKPFS 2022/23. They should comply with the admission requirements of their selected universities and programs.

As the deadlines for applications to some of the universities may immediately follow that of the Initial Application, candidates should submit initial applications as early as possible to ensure that they have sufficient time to submit applications to universities.

Step 2: Submit Applications to Proposed Universities:

After completing an initial application, applicants should submit full applications for their selected PhD programs to the proposed universities quoting their HKPFS Reference Number before the universities’ respective deadlines.
